Faith Formation Summer Camp at St. Mark

Dear Families,

It is time to think about summer and register for our summer faith formation program! With hectic schedules and conflicts during the school year, many families choose to take advantage of our summer program.

In addition to our summer program, I would like to extend an invitation to all our families to join us for our Growing In Faith Together (GIFT) Program that occurs throughout the school year. This program is open to students, parents, grandparents, and the entire community. Our GIFT programs allow us to give additional instruction throughout the calendar year, while encouraging families to take time out of busy schedules to enjoy each other, learn more about the Catholic faith, and have FUN!

Our theme this summer is Finding Christ – Lord, when did we see You Hungry? In addition to our curriculum-based program, the children participate in scripture, prayer, music, faith based art projects, and lessons about Catholic social teaching. Through active learning strategies that serve a variety of learning styles, children will participate, learn, and grow each day in knowledge, faith, and discipleship.

For families interested in learning more about our Sacramental Preparation programs please indicate the Sacrament that you would like to have additional information about on the attached form. Dates and program details will follow.

We welcome and encourage your family to join our faith community each weekend in the celebration of the Eucharist. Liturgy of the Word, especially designed for children, takes place at the 11 a.m. Mass each week.

Please send your children with a water bottle and snack each day. We will supply filtered ice water for refills throughout the day.
